From a young age I have been interested in psychology and learning about the many factors that shape us. I have genuine curiosity about personality development, emotional regulation, and the way our experiences and upbringing influence who we are today. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Cal Poly Pomona and am currently completing my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Azusa Pacific University.
As an MFT trainee, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring my work to meet each client's unique needs and goals. I value evidence-based practice with authentic human connection, believing that a strong therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful growth and lasting change. In my work I walk alongside clients as they navigate life's challenges, victories, moments of sadness, and moments of joy. For those who would like to integrate spirituality I welcome all spiritual paths in a safe and respectful environment. My passion is to empower clients with insight and the tools they need to thrive.
