Let's face it, life is hard. Sometimes we need outside help getting us to the place we want to be. We may have not always had a safe place to share or felt like it was even an option to be seen. I want to be that person for you if you will allow me to be, as a therapist. In my experience, therapy and spiritual integration has healed me greatly from real stress.
I am studying Marriage and Family Therapy and am working as a Trainee in a graduate level program. I believe you are the greatest asset to your own healing so I let my clients lead the way to wholeness and mental health gradually.
