I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee currently completing my Master’s degree at Kairos University. I also serve as a church counselor and enjoy working with individuals and families across all stages of life, recognizing that each season brings its own unique challenges and opportunities for growth. I have experience working with people navigating attachment issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and adoption. I believe that forming a healthy attachment to yourself is a key step in living up to your full potential and building healthy relationships with others.
My goal is to create a space where hope, healing, and change can take place. It is truly an honor to walk alongside others as they move toward greater understanding, wholeness, and connection.
