Sheyenne Banerjee

MFT Trainee

Hello! My name is Sheyenne Banerjee and I am an MFT Trainee, pursuing my masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Azusa Pacific University. As a trainee, it is an incredible honor to walk alongside you in your own story and discover the various parts of yourself that have been tucked away. I believe that each individual carries a unique story that deserves to be honored and validated through gentle healing and exploration. Through this role as a therapist, trainee, I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where we will work together to navigate the journey you find yourself on through curiosity and empathy.

I enjoy working with couples, families, and individuals, to create meaningful experiences where you feel seen and cared for throughout our time together. My approach to therapy is through a wholistic framework where we can understand your mind, body, and spirit. I am drawn to seeing therapy through an Internal Family Systems framework, where each part of you holds meaning and significance. Through my previous experiences of working with individuals of various religious backgrounds, I believe that wherever you find yourself on your journey, I would be honored to support you each step of the way.
