Vanessa Ou Yang

With a heart to walk alongside those in pain, my desire is to help people see light even in the darkest moments. I have a deep passion for supporting individuals experiencing grief, adolescents navigating life’s challenges, immigrants in transition, church leaders, and couples seeking healing and connection. After teaching high school for 15 years and earning a Pastoral Counseling Certificate, I sensed a calling from God, which led me to pursue Marriage and Family Therapy at Biola University.

Over the years, I’ve served in various ministries, including caring for premarital and married couples, leading small groups, mentoring group leaders, providing individual support, and facilitating grief support groups. I’ve also participated in multiple short-term overseas mission trips.

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, I strive to offer culturally sensitive care that honors each person’s unique background and journey.
